This AI knowledge base is meant as a reference. Here you’ll find articles that explain how something works and how to approach it: what an AI agent is, what an implementation step-by-step plan looks like, what the AI Act asks of you, or what to watch for when choosing a tool. Each article shows when it was published, and where external sources were used, they’re listed at the bottom.

That’s different from my insights and opinion pieces. There, I write about choices and positions: why pilots stall, when you need an AI strategist, or how to choose a partner. The knowledge base is the explanation; the insights are the opinion.

The topics follow a logical order. You start with strategy and choices, move through implementation to automating processes, and then to AI agents, which carry out tasks on their own. Policy and the AI Act, and choosing tools, run through every phase.

Below you’ll first find a few featured articles to start with, then every article by topic, and finally the newest additions. Missing a topic, or want to know how it plays out in your organisation? Ask your question.
