In the case of direct contact, your contact details and the content of the correspondence are processed, to the extent necessary to answer your question and carry out any resulting assignment.

During an engagement, the business contact details of the people involved are processed, as well as the data needed for invoicing and administration.
3. Why is this data processed?

|---|---|
| Answering questions and requests | Performance of a contract, or steps taken prior to it |

5. Sharing with third parties
Personal data is not sold and is not shared for third parties' commercial purposes. Data is only shared with service providers needed to run the business (think of an email service, a form service for the contact form, an accounting package and a hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary for their services. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.
For engagements that require access to a client's business data, the arrangements from the engagement agreement additionally apply, as well as, where applicable, a data processing agreement with that client.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

8. Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect personal data against loss and unlawful processing, including encrypted connections, access restrictions and periodic review of the services used.
9. Your rights

If you disagree with how your request was handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
