How quickly do I get a reply?
Within one business day. If it takes longer, I am on site with a client. Then you will hear from me the day after at the latest.
What do you need from me for a good conversation?
Nothing in advance. A few sentences about your situation are enough. You can send documents after the call, if that turns out to be useful.
Can I call instead?
Send an email with a few times that suit you, and I will call you. That way you do not have to guess when I pick up.
